Responsibilities included verifying all receipts and dispatches to ensure compliance with the company’s policies and term sheet. Additionally, I performed a physical verification of the entire premises to assess whether proper care and due diligence were maintained by the agent regarding the goods, and ensured accurate documentation of all dispatches.
- Additionally, I conducted a physical verification of goods held by the C&FA agent, with a particular focus on high-value items and those set to expire within three months post-audit.
- Presented audit results to management teams, delivering information in non-technical terms for easy understanding.
