Vision plus Exposure:

• FAS: Working as FAS module lead for current project and handling end to end Authorization testing. Experienced in Card Tokenization and Token LCM end to end testing for both MC and VISA schemes. Involved in VISA and MC offline and online Authorization Certification testing and clearing processing. Worked in every release Authorization and TRAMS compliance changes for both VISA and MC.
• CMS: Account Boarding, Account setup, Account/Embosser maintenance, Customer Demographic maintenance, Balance update, Control records, Credit plan segment, Credit plan master, Block code maintenance, Card Activation, Transaction & payment Posting, Payment allocation, BNP components, GST-IGST/SGST posting based on the state code and rate table. Account auto/manual closure and auto/manual purge, Auto/Manual charge off, Card issuance (New card , card replacement, Reissue, Lost/Stolen), PIN Mailer validation.
• TRAMS: VISAIN File, IPMIN file, BPAY File Preparation, Reports validations and Reject re entry in TRAMS.
• CTA: Parameter setup, Delinquency level for collections, Inquiry of collection accounts, Daily collector work queues, Collection agencies & Automated dialer extracts and reports, Reassignment of collection accounts, Manual add & remove of accounts to collections, Promise to pay, Action on collection accounts.
• VLS: Account enrollment, Points accrual, Points redemption, Points reversal.
• ASM: Block Account/ Cards, Card Activation, Spending Limit/ MCC limit update, Issue/Reissue delivery method update, Card mailing address update, Lost/stolen replacement, Emergency card replacement, Clear PAN Service, ASHI notes.

• Worked as a shift lead in the CITIBANK account from Dec 2017 to June 2021. Worked under batch processing host team, handles all the banking and cards applications.
• Involved in end to end batch processing and solving the online/batch abends for SIT and UAT batches.
• Involved in Every release Production support on day-1 batch processing with all stakeholders involved. Supported for batch abend fixing with developers within SLA and sending escalation mails if any delay in abend fix.
• Worked in JCL/Jobs override, Parm or proc override as per the request.
• Worked along with the Application team during the major releases and production implementation.
• Assigning tasks to the team members and oversee completion of tasks.
• Follows up with the Application and product team for the Incidents/Defects raised during the cutover for closure.
• Worked on service management to raise incident and handles the incidents to fix the production issues.
• Sharing daily status for all stakeholders on every batch completion and extracts abends reports.
