  • MIS Reporting- Responsible to maintain and process IS data for various kinds of reporting as per stakeholders requirement. Handling firmwide reporting capturing total IS processes deployed to production on month on month basis. Responsible for preparing various senior management decks and program level reporting. F&BM reporting
  • Usage of Alteryx for reporting - Have worked on defining the logic for raw JIRA extract to be data massaged, cleaned up and processed within Alteryx, derive reportable fields to be included within Alteryx output for various kinds of reporting and creating data visuals for Business Intelligence representation of data on Tableau
  • Adoption of UiPath platform- Worked on defining metrics points to scale the usage of UiPath across CIB.   • DCPP- Derivatives Core processing platform is a downstream settlement system capturing trades from various risk management platforms within CIB. This project involved migrating Exotic Equities trades from PTP to DCPP which helped me gain knowledge to Equities products. Coordinating and working closely with technology to get it migrated to DCPP. 200+ variants of trades were tested out successfully and Exotic Equities trades migration was completed in 2015.
  • FX trades from upstream Athena were migrated to DCPP. I was solely responsible to carry out the migration in phased manner to the downstream settlements system working with various business stakeholders across locations and technology partners based out of UK
  • As part of DCPP change management process I have handled analyzing 5000+ trades causing breaks in the settlement system, identifying root cause and coordinating with tech partners to feed successfully them for settlement processing

Athena- FX Trade migration project- Team Member

  • This project involved migration of FX trades from legacy mainframe IRFE to Athena risk management system
  • First phase involved migrating reference data this required working along with business stakeholders across NY, London & Asia to co-ordinate and define the scope of migration to identify actively trading clients and getting them onboarded on to the new risk management system
  • Second phase of the project involved building out functionality to migrating Fx trades Spots, Forwards, FX Swaps, IRS by gathering and drafting business requirements documents in coordination to front office stakeholders and working closely with technology partners to testing and identifying defects to get the functionality build e2e and working in the new risk management system

  • Client Service Billing Centre of Excellence is a operations process set up as a centralized process effective since June'23 to co-ordinate the set up new onboard & Reprice and Incremental service requests for clients in support to Client Service Managers, diversely spread across locations supporting Sales with the client set up execution within JPMorgan systems
  • Role involved liaising with CSM's across locations, supporting Sales as they provide the client data requests and details are pushed to Mumbai team
  • Role of COE involves BSI smartform submission, liaising and handholding CSM's, Pricing, Client Billing Operations to help provide/update details required for the set up within JP Morgan's billing application (Advantage). Business Smart Form (BSF) is a standard process which is required to be submitted to captures details of new product services to be set up for the clients, Onboarding services for new clients, Executing price changes to existing fee agreement (full reprice or existing markets price change) covering set up of products like Custody, Fund Accounting, Fund Administration, Depositary Services are some of products services offered within J.P Morgan Securities Services
  • Once the set up is completed COE would be performs audit of Invoices before they are published to clients- First Invoice checks review involves checking details like static data- Client Address, Invoice distribution are set up correctly, Effective date, Account Set up and identifying accounts not charged, highlighting them to CSM if not, Rates check between Fee Agreement and Invoice, Reviewing ARC Macro against the Advantage set up to identify all bill points are set up correctly with the system- for disconnect if any would be worked with CBO and Pricing and get them updated and ensuring invoice are charged correctly. Report any undercharge, overcharges on the invoice highlighting them to Invoice production team and sharing the observations with CSM's for the final approval before it is published out to clients
