• Run operations for an IT services firm of about 60 people: delivery across a portfolio of client projects, hiring, process and internal audit (CMMI Level 3), and the company's AI product delivery.
• Took an enterprise document chatbot (RAG) for a regulated financial client from proof of concept to client beta, with a weighted 21-case evaluation, nine rounds of structured QA and a daily client-run accuracy report.
• Rolled AI coding tools out to 19 developers through one proxy with a shared gateway, spending policy and evaluation habit.
• Ship client products from a statement of work to paying production systems with agentic coding tools and no dedicated dev team, payment-first and security-first; more than 40 working prototypes for prospects in six months, several converted to paid projects.
• Wrote the delivery process as a standard operating procedure and trained a colleague to run it.

Joined Alpha OBS LLP (now Latent) as a quality analyst: manual testing and coordination with the development team; promoted to project manager within the first months.

Managed around 15 small and medium web, mobile and e-commerce projects, each with 3 to 4 developers: deadlines set, progress tracked, issues unblocked during execution, client conversations when scope or timelines changed.

Took over the projects function as Head of Projects: planning, stakeholder satisfaction, project performance reviews and the practices that later became the firm's CMMI Level 3 process.

Edited wedding and event films for clients of my own between the Suhrud project and joining Alpha OBS LLP.

As a project manager performed various activities such as

• Process Assessment for introducing additional ERP terminals
• Material Tracking, Stock Taking, Cycle Count activity for Valve manufacturing company.
• Similarly also lead project for companies export incentive documentation.

Started working at Prime Focus Technologies (PFT) as IT Engineer, Was on probation period for 3 months at PFT Head office in Andheri (E) MIDC, Mumbai. After completion of probation period shifted to Client Location at Disney India,Andheri(E), Chakala, Mumbai as Infrastructure Engineer for L1 Support Engineer role and performed below mentioned activities

• Ensured network, system and data availability and integrity through preventative maintenance and upgrades.
• Basic knowledge of linux for troubleshooting purpose.
• Used remote access to perform troubleshooting when needed.
• Walked customers through step-by-step process for troubleshooting hardware issues.

• Description: ‘Microsoft Office 2013 IT Course is E-learning project of Skillsoft used for training all components of Microsoft Office 2013 in required Language. Integrating translated content (text and video) and image for required language for 76 courses in Synergy tool with reference to English Course.
• Roles and Responsibilities:
• -Managing team of 5 resources.
• Co-ordinate with production, testing team and other individuals involved in project to resolve identified issues.
• Providing QA test status and progress reports as appropriate to top management.
• Integrating template for Multiple Choice Questions and also link audios and images and get it checked with Language Lead for translation and implement necessary changes in Synergy Tool.

• As Video Editor performed task of editing of corporate films of companies such as Barclays, Kolte Patil realtors, Force Motors, Kirloskar Motors etc.,
• Part of team while editing more 10 corporate films
• Organize and string together raw footage into continuous whole according to scripts or instructions of directors and producers.
• Trim film segments to specified lengths, and reassemble segments in sequences that present stories with maximum effect.
• Determine specific audio and visual effects and music necessary to complete films.
