- My second working journey started with Harish Chora of HCCA which merged with HGSBS (Hinduja Group) from April, 2003 which was after 7 years break since 1996.
- Due to my performance, I was deputed by Sanofi India, a client of HGSBS to process Travel Reimbursements of all employees (approx. 2000+) I was posted at their head office, Powai since Dec’2019.
- My journey from 2003 has enhanced my knowledge of CTC & NON-CTC Employee Reimbursements, New Joined employee’s perks update in their master, resigned employees balance status, coordinating with all management employees for various queries, Travel & Entertainment process, Investment Proof checking etc.
- At Sanofi India I was also given the opportunity to handle Corporate Credit Card processes, Partial Full & Final process of resigned employees, Hotel GST recon, password reset in system, employee queries, resolution of all issues related to their travel - domestic and international travel related expenses considering Global Policy for Travel Expenses.

- All above helped me to attain complete accounting knowledge, viz writing of Books of Accounts, Bank work, Maintaining Stationery – Admin., Travel Bookings, Reconciliation, Petty Cash, Staff Salary and Worker’s Wages, Advance Deductions, Preparing Delivery Challans after coordinating with Factory officials for status of completed manufactured items ready to dispatch, Preparing Sales & Purchase bills, Purchase Enquiries, Purchase Orders, Maintaining payment data for marketing team, etc.
