- Responsible for Erection of 800MW Module Manufacturing line at Dholera.
- Managing production of 800 MW solar module manufacturing plant, shift wise daily planning according to 4M
- Quality Assurance & Control of inward, in-process goods as well as products made.
- Daily production planning and monitoring.
- Maintaining and preparing records of all production documents, work instructions, CAPA, OEE Monitoring.
- Resolving issues online, Kaizen Implementation.
- Expertise in Topcon Glass to Glass module manufacturing process.
- Conducted thorough technical analyses to identify areas for process improvement.
