Student Admissions: Managing the full student admission process, from initial inquiry to final registration.
CRM Management (Pulse): Utilizing Pulse CRM to track and maintain accurate lead and student data, ensuring up-to-date records.
Data Maintenance: Maintaining student and lead information in data sheets and CRM for smooth workflow and easy access.
Follow-ups: Conducting timely follow-ups with prospective students to ensure all their queries are answered and that they remain engaged through the admissions process.
Technical Expertise:
Knowledgeable in IT fields such as Data Science, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, SQL, Java, Python, and related technologies.
