• GlobalSTORE is a Fujitsu-US Retail Suite Applications in Retails Chain Management Platform.
• This is project is to build new development, maintenance and Coordination for customer builds.
• Build process is executed with predefined process with expected inputs and outputs.
• GlobalSTORE repository contains multiple products with multiple versions for multiple Clients.
• Build execution process made with automated build file using on customer specific virtual machine for custom application as per customer requirement in the Retail Management Software.
• PVCS is being used by developers and builder as Source Code Control Repository.
• VMware infrastructure is used for building products.
• Builder has to execute build request using standard build process where base deliveries will be full MSI install and/or MSP patch with accompanying release notes.
• Customer customization deliveries can use loose files with batch files or full MSI install and/or MSP patch.
• Worked closely with management teams to plan, develop, coordinate and execute technical strategies aligned to client's vision, mission and purpose.
• Maintained open communication by presenting regular updates on project status to customers.

Project-2 : Windows 7 Compatibility Testing / Fixing Process

• Honeywell Aerospace has partnered with Honeywell Information Technology Services (HITS) to implement Windows 7.
• Honeywell Aerospace has decided to replace Windows XP with Windows 7 in orderly way to keep PCs up to date.
• Aerospace has collected list of over 7000 business applications that require validation and remediation.
• Primary objective of project is to test and validate Honeywell applications in Windows 7.
• It includes assessing application portfolio and identifying applications that are Windows 7 compatible and identifying issues for remediation.
• This also includes documenting issues and resolution for each application.
• Converting Application’s EXE to MSI using EMCO MSI Package Builder Tool.
• Load and Run Converted MSI in AOK Tool and fixed it.
• Generate RAG report analysis from AOK Tool for test result.
• Manual testing of applications on WIN 7 which are not compatible with AOK.
• Interact with Onsite Manager / Co-Ordinate

• ESP is also database of record for customer network equipment inventory detail.
• ESP applications provide customized support for business processes of various organizations such as Service Delivery, Network Operations, Fault Monitoring, and Trouble Management.
• Spent first few weeks learning and understanding ESP system, learning about business IT supports, and updating defect tracking system used for project.
• Reviewing and analyzing defects in defect tracking system.
• Preparing summary and defect analysis reports.
• Support production environment by creating and maintaining procedures and documentation of database environment and participating in on-call pager support rotation.
