Schedule interviews and coordinate weekday schedules and work towards closing of open positions ASAP. Create and Manage Workforce Planning forecasting initiatives on walk-ins in Application/web/infrastructure verticals.

· Generating reports for the headcount of the contractors in the company and to find the requirement of the contactor's in projects.

· Generating Statement of Work (SOW) and Vendor agreements. Extensions and management of contractors.

· Handling the queries of contractors and vendors related to time reports and contract extensions.

· Contract management with tracking resource billing, cost, time, and expense tracking and Invoicing support.

· Creating project plans, schedules and tracking progress against plans. Identify and track milestones, deliverables, risks, issues, changes, and dependencies within the schedule.

· Guide / Suggest / Implement process improvements at all stages of operational activities.

· Analysis and report on project investments through tracking documentation and data collection.

· Project management for onshore engagements requiring financial reconciliations.

· Generate & secure new business opportunities for the organization in the domestic market

· Ensure clear KPI's and SLA's in place. Proficient on Recruitment Life Cycle

· Identify, engage and interact with top notch clients, project team and recruitment team in regional markets and qualifying the requirement service process.

Project 1 PMO - Vendor Management Operations, Resource Management

· Handling operations of Contracting entity.

· Interacting with vendors, Plan and schedule events.

· Create and Manage Workforce Planning forecasting initiatives on walk-ins.

· Generating HC reports and provide detailed Analysis vs Target.

· Contract extensions, Generating Statement of Work (SOW) and Vendor agreements.

· Handling the queries of contractors and vendors.

Project 2 - Business Operations - Central Demand Management, Resource Management

· Responsible for Commit and feasibility level estimation coordination for Releases.

· Calculating the client's probability to assign their projects to Accenture.

· Generating various report based on Capability, Skill and manage data of 100 thousand employee.

· Identifying the Overdue Demand and coordinating with Project Team Leads for appropriate actions.

· Generate daily, weekly and monthly scorecards and reports used for Project Scope, Budget tracking and analysis.

· Assisting Project Managers, Release Managers and leadership with Ad-hoc queries.

Project 3 Business Operations - DMS - DART

DART is a Reporting Solution provider. The projects use the reports and tools developed by DART to capture metrics and measures. These measures and metrics are later highlighted in various reports as per the requirement of projects. This helps them to take corrective action if required

· Extracting Data from db and collating the data in the report format as per the business requirement on a weekly basis.

· Perform Job monitoring and send appropriate alerts to customer.

· Provide valuable inputs on the SSIS Package failures to the stake holders.

· Making the changes in existing stored procedure as per the business changes to meet reporting needs.

· Managing the team by assigning them and mentoring and support in their development
