In Year 2008, completed global migration of Mainframe & Large Midrange scheduling applications supporting from Bangalore in record time. Completion of trainings & independent support provided from Bangalore center., In year 2010, increase the scope of support on JPMC UK mainframe Infrastructure support the existing head count capable of supporting all core global locations. As per global interoperability., Construction of the Hyderabad facility was completed in 2014 with all necessary infrastructures being set up to support global resiliency for the CCB Production Management team. An additional 30 plus head count has been added to the new location. Hiring was completed and the onboarding process was completed in record time without losing the target completion date.

Transition /Migrations/Global Interoperability

  • Ensure smooth and successful transition from Client Onshore to Delivery Centre.
  • Review of acceptance criteria, Effort analysis, Training plan of the FTE to be migrated, training assessments, Process maps, defining metrics and ensuring six sigma rigor followed, timely tracking of projects.
  • Closure of open issues during migration, implementation of new processes/procedures and driving other process improvements post migrations
  • Ensure that the transition is completed within the allocated budgets & Time lines.
  • Provide timely, high quality responses to various Request for Information (RFI) and Request for Proposal (RFP)

Recruitment

  • Responsible for ensuring that all staffing requisitions and job descriptions for all volume hire positions are clearly available in the required format prior to commencement of hiring.
  • Coordinate with local recruitment agencies and search firms on lateral and mass recruitment, to effectively, targeted, efficient recruitment of all requirements.
  • Ensure that initial screening through assessment tests is completed for all volume hire applicants and needs to assess the validity of such tests periodically.
  • Ensure on the pipeline & create a feeder pool of resources for all open positions including new and replacement positions by working closely with the global Mangers.
