Project 1 : Google LLC (Automation)

Google LLC is an American Fortune 100 company. Google LLC is an American multinational technology company that specializes in Internet-related services and products, which include online advertising technologies, search engine, cloud computing, software, and hardware.

The project is based on Java with Selenium, Automation for Google POC’s. Preparing automation scripts for Google client. Making changes to test scripts whenever the developer’s request to debug and find root cause of the issues. Maintain constant communication with Development team and trying to reproduce issues internally.

Finding test procedures from customer issues and tracking the new scenarios be added into the test suite.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understanding the Business Requirement
• Analysing the test scenarios.
• Involved in developing the necessary utilities for the framework
• Automating the test scenarios for Smoke, Sanity, Regression and Re-Testing by using Selenium web-driver and TestNG.
• Raising bugs & filing them, verifying
• Running the scripts and analysing the results.
• Making necessary changes to the automated script as requested by the client.
• Coordinating and interacting with team members, development team and clients.
• Sending daily report status.

Project 2: Google LLC (Manual)

Performing Manual testing which includes different types of testing techniques such as: - smoke testing, sanity testing, regression testing, ad hoc testing, monkey testing, exploratory testing, race condition testing, i18n testing, accessibility testing etc.

Executing sanity cases on daily basis, performing regression testing on new builds & updating the regression test cases in the tracker accordingly, testing new features, bugs & updating in the tracker, working on CLs & doing exploratory testing on regular basis.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Product knowledge: Understanding and gaining hands-on knowledge on other Docs and Drive products /Web-Mobile Automation /Mobile Internals.
• Involved in Analysis, Design and Documentation of test Plans, Test Cases, Test Scenarios and Test Strategies based on business requirements and Ensuring complete test coverage of the application
• Review and escalate known testing related issues and risks that impact overall project execution and success.
• Work in the Agile Development Environment with frequently changing requirements and features set review product requirement documents
• Involved in task allocation and tracking all the test activities in the Test Report
• Participated in Test Process Improvement discussions to enhance the Testing process/policies.
• Cross checking with peers for every bug found to know the impact & severity of the bugs before filing it to reduce the count of `working as intended` & `Not reproducible` bugs.
• Maintaining proper communication within the team and with other teams for improvement of work.
