- To conduct the audit of respective work area, maintain the records and take necessary corrective action.
- To review the 5S audit reports issued by Central 5S auditors and take the necessary action to close the non conformities and inform the auditors with necessary evidences.
- To check the Machine keeper’s list on daily basis, maintain the record and ensure that corrective action is taken wherever required.
- To ensure that following electrical accessories of machines are in safe condition and not damaged, loose, hanging or lying in unsafe mode - Electrical wiring, Power socket, Electrical plug, Door(s) of Electrical panel.
- To ensure that moving parts of machines are guarded properly.
- To ensure that safety switches are not bypassed by the concerned operator or the machine.
- To ensure that personal protective equipment are used by the concerned operator of the machine wherever necessary.
