• Develop, implement, and monitor the Quality Management System (QMS) for all MEP works in accordance with project specifications, approved drawings, ITPs, MTPs, SOPs, and applicable standards.

• Verify installation quality for Electrical, HVAC, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, ELV, and BMS systems before concealment and handover.
• Conduct regular quality audits, toolbox talks, awareness sessions, and training programs to improve workmanship and ensure compliance with quality procedures.
• Monitor implementation of approved SOPs, checklists, and inspection processes across all contractors and subcontractors.
• Review shop drawings, coordinated drawings, and as-built drawings to ensure compliance before execution.
• Coordinate with Planning, Execution, Procurement, Safety, and Design teams to resolve technical and quality-related issues.
• Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives by analysing recurring defects, identifying root causes, and implementing preventive measures.
