Then looked after Die maintenance cell of 215 dies.

Reduced breakdown time from 350 Hrs. to 38 Hours.

Reduced rejection by 15%, by modification in dies.

Looked after repeat tool outsourcing.

Reduced & controlled cell budget from 1.75 L/Y to 85 L/Y.

• Joined as HPDC unit head, responsible for machine installation, new product development to production die & machine maintenance.
• Handled 18 manheads team individually.
• Learnt to Express new ideas & generate own tools to improve productivity to reduce cost.

Looked after die maint. & production of 48 dies & 6 Machines with new dies (repeat & new develop.) on time availability by Ch. Sambhajinagar base tool room.

Looked after spare part & Standby dies availability, preventive & predictive maint.

Also responsible for HPDC spare part & daily production analysis & actions.

Individually handled die maintenance cell with 1 Turner & 1 helper.

Reduced breakdown time more than12% to 3.5% for 4 PDC machines & 58 dies.
