    Preparation of fluid circuits

  • Engineering calculation for fixture design element selection.Controls the dimensions of the part using GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) to get the desired output

    Conducts stack up analysis for fixtures in order to provide clearance to the child parts which have to be used in fixtures

    Details out part level and assembly level drawings for manufacturing of fixtures
    Maintains the document control of the fixture drawings
    -Highlights the criticality of the fixture parts and uses CTQ (Critical to Quality technique) to identify critical parts and draw them in

    the fixture drawings to get the desired output
    Ensures that manufacturing can be done precisely for the critical parts which are identified through CTQ

    - Generates bill of materials for procurement of the fixtures
    Modifies the fixtures basis the customer requirement and feedback received and releases the drawings for fixture manufacturing

    Raises the request for DoE with the process team to conduct DoE

    - Monitors the DoE in the fixtures while producing the fixture parts
    Analyzes the cause for failure in FAI (First Artie Inspection), SPC Dimensioning and Cosmetics and decides the corrective

    action to be taken to get the final desired fixtures- Performs document control by updating the ECN (Engineering Change Note) in the tracker to keep a record of iterations certain
    -process or components have undergone before finalization
