Degree Major Project – Biodiesel Production Plant (Capacity- 40 TPD)

• Compiled a comprehensive report on the design, erection, and commissioning of a 40 TPD biodiesel plant.
• Performed mass, energy, and heat balance calculations, and developed PFD and P&ID.
• Designed major equipment including heat exchangers and reactors, and conducted safety analysis, cost estimation, and environmental hazard assessments.

Training Project – Analysing heat exchanger for design modifications. (Ind-Swift Labs.)

• Performed design analysis calculations to check the pressure drop and fouling factor of the pre-designed equipment.
• Recommended design modifications to adjust pressure drop and fouling factor in desired range.
• Execution of the recommendations with the mechanical and fabrication workshop.
