  • Perform following duties :
  • To assist the work in stores with stores officer
  • To receive the requisitions from different units and follow up the case after approval of the Stores-In-Charge/Director
  • Before proceeding the case through Quotations or Rate Contract check all indented items in Government e-marketplace (GeM) and place the order for the same after Administration Approval and Financial Sanction from HOD
  • Evaluating different vendors from time to time and send Quotations to the vendors
  • To prepare the comparative statement of quotations received from the firms for purchase of various items in Laboratory
