These brands provide services such as motor, home, contents, travel, and business insurance, catering to diverse customer needs. Duck Creek Policy Administration supports the management of insurance policies across these brands, ensuring efficient policy lifecycle processing, and customer service.

Duck Creek Policy Administration and Customer Portals. (AAMI, Shannos, GIO, and Bingle)

• Analyzed business and functional requirements for Duck Creek Policy Administration and Customer Portal applications to gain a clear understanding of business needs and system functionality.
• Used generative AI tools to speed up requirement analysis, create initial test scenarios, and support exploratory testing activities.
• Designed, developed, and executed functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT test cases covering the complete policy lifecycle.
• Validated key insurance processes, such as policy creation, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and customer portal updates, to ensure they met business requirements.
• Applied risk-based testing techniques and leveraged AI to identify edge cases, boundary conditions, and potential high-risk scenarios.
