Responsibility (YOKOGAWA):

• Report to group in-charge
• Based on the service schedule, make necessary preparations to attend to the service call&Raise service requests
• Provide tele-support to the customer
• Visit customer’s site to attend to the service call with necessary preparation, whenever called for
• Prepare necessary reports for customer and YIL managers
• Sending PV reports to customers on regular basis after completion of every Periodic Maintenance visit
• Take feedback from customer for the services provided
• Escalate unresolved service issues at site to RCI
• Maintain all documents per SQA Documents in QMS
• Maintain all documents related to AMC
• Access all service requests and service documents through CSD server
• Handle Annual Shutdown maintenance, Periodic visit support & Emergency Support
• Invoice submission to customers in the scope of CSE territory after Necessary SAP Entry& Payment Follow up

AT CUSTOMER SITES:

• Report to group in-charge and also report to Customer’s Group In-charge

• To check the status of the System (Hardware) every day and to ensure that there are no Hardware failures

• Ensure that the System is Virus free by running appropriate Antivirus software
