  • I have 14 years of IT experience, with primary skills in IT operations, project management, and end-user computing services operation management.
  • Lead and manage the establishment of strategic, operational, and technical decision-making process required to ensure that IT services are aligned to the organization’s priorities and risk appetite.

  • Setting Goals and Objects for the team and make them to work towards the discussion we put forth beginning of the appraisal cycle.
  • Appraisals rating and related discussion what went well, what needs to be done better, what could have been good, and strengths are discussed.
  • Continuous improvement plans for whole EUC to be set and automation related works are done.
  • Weekly status review call is setup with clients for whole team leads, and representing EUC for critical open partners call with clients.
  • Process documents (SMTD /SOW/SOW) reviewed and get it approved from Client.
  • Make team to support Cross functional activities, (BAU team with EOL and Devtools team for packaging and quality assurance.)
