· HR Administration/ Project Management:

*As a senior advisor to the Commanding Officer, advised and assisted in creating an ecosystem for periodic assessment and decision-making process.

*Successfully supervised thrice live missile firing exercises as maintenance supervisor and fired live missiles as combat crew .

*Conducted recruitment, training & development programs for new recruits to maintain a smooth talent pipeline for evolving organizational needs.

*Formulated war/contingency plans and improved supply chain for distribution of assets during crisis scenarios.

*Spearheaded 20+ mobilisations as a Team Leader involving movement of assets worth INR 300 Cr. for deployment Executed safe and incident free road convoy for 3000 KM for equipment and explosive warheads (INR 400 Cr), holding accountability for overall security of personnel and equipment, in addition to guiding specialists in on-road repairs.

*Ensured compliance with latest IT rules and regulations to completely obviate any compromise with Security aspects aligned to Nil risk appetite in Air Defense Operations.
