• Developed an adaptive assessment system that dynamically adjusts the difficulty of questions based on the user's performance.
• Implemented Computerized Adaptive Testing (CAT), Item Response Theory (IRT), and Girth logic for real-time question selection, optimizing the assessment process.

Resume Parsing

• Developed a comprehensive recruitment automation chatbot that streamlines the processing of candidate documents in various formats (PDF, DOC, DOCX)
• User can pass resumes and upload JD and get score for resume.
• Used OCR to fetch information from resume and JD and used similarity score to return the score.
