A dedicated navy professional with over 17 years of service who has a self-motivated personality in the engineering branch of the Sri Lanka Navy and is consistently evaluated in challenging environments. Entrusted with multifaceted responsibilities, including but not limited to leadership and team management, strategic planning, and logistics requirements. An adept at managing resources and manpower, my approach is rooted in maintaining a disciplined, well-trained, and motivated team. I took the lead in docking major vessels in the Sri Lanka Navy on several occasions, delivering ships in operational condition within the expected timeline. As I look towards the future, my aspiration is to integrate these foundational experiences to significantly contribute at the managerial level.
