  • Handling credit card recovery portfolio DPD 180 to 390 days accounts (allocation value - 40 crores, and MTD target RoR 2.5%, which is 1 crore, and YTD targets 12 crores).

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver portfolio indicators including Recovery Rate & Recovery value for the region as per the Targets given.
  • Incremental recovery/Collection Efficiency must be tracked, monitored, and improved consistently over the Baseline targets published on an ongoing basis.
  • To monitor and coach the Laggard callers and FEs and ensure improvement
  • Monitor and review regional recovery team to achieve set targets
  • Review teams on various parameters and ensure the unit's objective is uncompromised.
  • To increase the Number of Collection vendors by empanelling quality vendors
  • To track and monitor Settlement raised cases and sett conversions, and pre NDC cases
  • Open ARTS & Hygiene are to be escalated within 30 days to the next level
  • Relationship management with the vendor.
  • To ensure Incremental FEs are onboarded as per the requirement.
  • To identify the need for empanelment/ termination of a vendor and have an objective approach on vendor management

ACHIEVEMENTS

YTD numbers increased year to year in V1 vertical.

Pan India in V1 slab is doing less than 2% RoR, but I am doing greater than 2.5% year to year.

Pipelined 20+ good vendors for the V1 vertical.
