- Company Overview: It is caustic chlorine plant with AKCC technology and having capacity of 2250 TPD and fully automatic plant. Plant having DCS system of yokogawa centium Xp.
- Currently working with DCM Shriram & Alkalies ltd.bharuch As a Deputy Manager in Chlor-alkali plant, it is fully DCS plant with capacity of 2250 TPD.
- Plant having technology of AKCC with yokogawa centium Xp DCS system fully automatic and stable plant.
- I have experience of chlor-alkali plant Meghmani finechem limited, Bharuch with technology of AKCC, japan and DCS system of Yokogawa Centium CS3000, plant capacity 500TPD.
- Currently working with DCM,jagadia having power plant with capacity of 240 MW and here my responsibility are co-ordinate with power plant to maintain chlor-alkali plant load and maximum production with effective parameters and safely.
- My other responsibility are maintain plant parameters normal, shift activities, maximize production with min. chemical consumption, solve plant abnormalities and follow up of maintenance work with safety parameters.
- Here, I am working with electrolysers, drying towers, cl2 compressors, h2 compressors, HCL furnace, evaporators, liquefaction process, centrifugal pumps, liquid cl2 pumps, chemical storage area, chemical filling station, heat exchangers, burners, liquid cl2 filling station, h2 gas filling station, flakers, liquid cl2 storage(bullets).
- In other responsibility I have to co-ordinate with workers to work smoothly and with safety throughout shift and manage man-power for shift.
- Looking after implementation of modification, new project, documentation like update process and instrument diagrams, permit to work, material of construction, safety observations and shutdown jobs, shutdown activities, daily reports, incident reports, handling toxic gas cl2 and flammable gas h2.
- Attain training like WCM (world class manufacturing), safety and work on SAP for material and other useful things.
- To minimize plant load cut in/out time to achieve budgeted productivity.
- To implement safety practice to safety startup & shut down plant and equipment to issue work permit for safe maintenance activity.
- Training of all STA in plant and contract workman on safety awareness and their active involvement in day to day activity.
- Trained new shift engineers and STA in plant.
- Complete task or project given by plant head within minimum time limit.
- Key process improvement for manufacturing Excellence for that involved in WCM activities and no accidents during the year.
