- Worked as the Sr.Design Engineer in AT&T project (Knoxville, Texas, Georgia),F1 JOB F2 JOB regions and responsible for drafting QC LUMEN (Florida, Washington) & regions and responsible for drafting QC
- Prepare and review Base Map, Construction Design & Permits for the cable (Aerial, Buried, DOT) for the specific roads
- Quality checking for the Permit design to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Design sub-division projects, including site layout, pole loading analysis, make ready engineering, and road design, using the latest design software and tools
- Work closely with clients to understand their requirements & provide design solutions that meet their needs
- The drawing and design network (e.g
- Telecom, electrical, gas) using GIS software according to establish quality assurance standards
- Provide guidance and support to production engineer on the project
- Preparing reports, designs and drawing for the given projects
- Preparing complex designs for clients with AutoCAD and ARAMIS, QGIS
- Preparing the layouts, permits and designs for different projects related to aerial and buried cables
- Presently working as a Design Engineer at Cadsys on Lumen project and responsible for Design QC.
- Led a team of junior engineers, providing mentorship and guidance in complex design projects.
- Mentored interns and entry-level engineers, helping them develop essential skills needed for success in the field of Design Engineering.
