  • Finance Controller, UWC and Ct Ventures Pvt Ltd, Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and producing financial reports or Statements (Monthly, Quarterly and Annually), Performing activities such as BS and P&L analysis, Managing Cash Flows and Fund Flows and Filling of Tax Returns (Direct and Indirect) and PF, ESICs and other all other Related statutory compliance, Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of Company operations, Preparation of annual budget and forecasts, and Variance Reports and Deviations thereon and report significant issues to management, Ensure that accounts payable, and Indirect vendors payments are planned and paid In a timely manner, Ensure that accounts receivable are collected promptly well within the time line and keeping an eye on any kind of revenue loss or Bad Debts, Preparing and Checking and Processing Monthly Payroll in a timely manner along With deductions if any as per the applicable laws, Managing relationships with external parties such as Banks, Financial Institutions, Auditors, Consultants, Vendors and in the matters related to the entire gamut of Finance and raising funds from Market as and when required and accounting Functions including but not limited to audits as well taxation matters, Coordinating with Banks for Yearly Review and Bank Guarantees Issuance, SAP Integration and Migration of Data from previous accounting Software to SAP and Generating required Reports and Management Package, Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions and reviewing the Entries and approving them for final posting and managing the Audit Trail records as per the Laws, Handling HR and Admin Department personal, Additional controller duties as necessary
