Roles and Responsibilities:

• Forecast Revenue Updating in it.forecast for UK Managed Services(AMS & MCS) & Uploading CADO Daily Load File to WinSCP
• Fortnightly Forecasting call updates from SDM’s & capture details of forecast changes along with explanations for KPI & Twice monthly MS Forecast calls
• Review/Chase the outstanding AMS and MCS accruals
• Follow up for outstanding forecast updates & AMS overruns if any from SDM’s
• Monthly Closing in first 3 days of the month & analysis of variances between forecast & actuals revenue to be shared with SDM team leads, for errors or missed revenue numbers
