Led the Agile delivery of HDFC Life’s web and mobile portal revamp to enhance customer experience, self-service features, and policy management accessibility. The project involved revamping the existing portal UI/UX, integrating with core policy systems, and adding features like premium payment, claim status tracking, and chatbot support.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitated Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) for a cross-functional team of nine (Developers, QA, UI/UX, BA).
• Collaborated closely with the Product Owner and Business Stakeholders to prioritize the backlog and deliver incremental, customer-facing features every sprint.
