Integrated Headcount dashboard -

• Consolidated 6 lobs to collect total headcount counts directly from SAP dump into excel, then

• Created AEON, a ticketing platform for WFM team. Ops team uses it to request adjustments for personnel movement, stack management, and ad-hoc needs
• Introducing the AEON tool ensures timely request fulfillment, cutting request TAT by 15%. Ops team can simultaneously monitor ticket status and TAT, ensuring request completion and follow- up
TED (The Exception Tracker) -
• Designed an exception tracker for Ops team to swiftly report past day exceptions. Data is automatically forwarded to WFM team for daily analysis, preventing false or delayed reports and ensuring no exceptions are missed or lost
BOX & RTMS (Real Time Management System)-
• Analyzed the challenges faced by the WFM team in capturing attendance and aux breaks
• Developed a comprehensive login & aux management system called BOX, encompassing 24 forms for 4 locations in a single tool. This system records attendance, aux breaks, and job time for team members at each location
• RTMS utilizes the live feed from the BOX tool, delivering real-time insights to WFM & Ops teams, including login, break time, and logout defaulters. This empowers prompt issue resolution, enhancing governance transparency and accountability
