  • Implemented tool control program for station tools
  • Ensured that station requirements are met for tooling including procedures for reporting missing & defective tools as per station procedures
  • Quality and service level for tools & Equipment are maintained by monthly checks filed digitally
  • Introduced paper less records for Tools & Equipment’s by QR codes
  • Finance and Sales:
  • Raise invoices for customers as per contracts and station budget as SGHA contracts
  • Provide sales leads to head office and establish contact with potential lead in India
  • Set up local budget with inputs on organisational cost and revenue including forecast
  • Maintained forecast vs Budget , consistent results with GTO of > 10 Mil Euros for India
  • Provided leads for potential customers and gave inputs in drafting SGHA contracts
  • Follow up sales leads , provide market intelligence to business units for Component sales
  • Safety and Quality:
  • Prepared stations for customers, authorities audits as per EASA standards
  • Conducted audits and checks to keep station approval valid or add new capability
  • In cases of findings , prepare corrective actions and close reports as per stipulated deadlines
  • Maintained program for continuous internal quality improvement
