Currently, in requirement discussion with client ServiceNow team for integrating network assets (Phones, Wi-Fi, Routers, Switches, etc.) into ServiceNow CI interface via bulk migration.
  • Service management application interface built over customized off-the-shelf (Java/J2EE, SOAP Web service, PostgreSQL, Active MQ (JMS), Apache CXF for SOAP Web service integration) to facilitate service management interfacing with client service management interface.
