Responsible for preparing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules to ensure the timely completion of engineering and construction projects about 7 no's.

Key responsibilities include:

• Project Scheduling: Develop detailed project timelines, set milestones, and sequence activities to optimize workflow.
• Resource Planning: Estimate and allocate manpower, equipment, and materials required for each project phase.
• Progress Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, identify delays or deviations, and report updates to project managers and senior management.
• Risk & Change Management: Identify potential bottlenecks or risks, propose corrective actions, and adjust schedules as needed.
• Coordination: Work closely with engineering, procurement, operations, and construction teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate project records, including schedules, progress reports, and forecasting data.

Essential skills include strong analytical abilities, proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project), an understanding of engineering processes, and excellent communication skills.

• Plans, coordinates, and executes engineering projects from concept to completion. Responsible for design review, technical documentation, scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring projects meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, and reports progress to project managers or senior management.
• Completed Utility Augmentation project—(-35) deg C Brine-523 TR, (-15) deg C-336 TR capacity.
• Completed additional H2 compressor installation—1,000 Nm3/hr capacity.
• Completed DPMP, Pilot Plant & PVDF Reactor Projects

• Oversees safe and efficient operations of 22 no's of plants during assigned shifts, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and regulatory compliance. Leads shift teams, monitors processes, troubleshoots issues, and maintains accurate operational and safety records, and reports directly to the site head.
• Conducted regular staff meetings to communicate targets and operational updates, keeping team well-informed and aligned.

• Provided technical expertise throughout all phases of the project, ensuring accurate execution of designs and specifications.
• Maintained records for each project and engineering discipline.
• Monitored installation of materials and equipment for compliance with drawings and specifications.
