• Appointed as the statutory geologist of Velguem - Surla Iron Ore Mine, Annual & Long term production planning responsibility from the mine based on the export requirement of the company
• Lead exploration team and identified additional iron ore bands previously not identified
• Mine Reserves increased by 0.5 million tons
• Recognition as Technically Qualified Person (TQP) to prepare Mining Plans from Indian Bureau of Mines
• Prepared Mining Plan document in respect of Velguem-Surla Iron Ore Mine
• Reconnaissance surveys done for iron and manganese in parts of Goa & Maharashtra in India.

• Assigned independent charge to handle the periodic geological mapping, exploration program & ore quality/ ROM despatch from Velguem - Surla Iron Ore Mine (Company's biggest mine and the 2nd largest mine in Goa, Total annual handling 4.5 million tons)
• Associated with Forest Clearance applications and follow up, Environment Monitoring in the core and buffer zone of the mining lease area
• Mapped and identified additional low grade iron ore zones within the overburden which were not identified earlier; Mine reserves enhanced by 0.35 million tons.
