Concept Design:Develop concept designs for roads and transportation projects in the Middle East, considering project requirements and local regulations.
Create preliminary drawings to illustrate design concepts, ensuring alignment with client expectations.

Client Coordination:Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and feedback on concept designs.
Regularly coordinate with clients to provide updates and ensure alignment with project goals.

Detail Design and Updates:Prepare detailed design drawings based on approved concepts, incorporating client comments and feedback.Update drawings within specified timelines to meet project milestones and deadlines.

Roads Related Drawings:Generate a variety of road-related drawings, including Road Network Plans, Profile Drawings, Road Typical Cross-Sections, Plan & Profile Drawings, Road Signages, Marking Drawings, and various Typical and Miscellaneous Drawings related to Roads and Drains.

Collaboration with Engineers:Work closely with engineering teams to incorporate technical inputs into the design process.
Ensure that drawings reflect engineering specifications and adhere to industry standards.

Client Requirements:Align drawings with client-specific requirements, considering aesthetic, functional, and regulatory aspects.Modify designs as per client preferences and ensure client satisfaction.

Software Utilization:Utilize AutoCAD, CIVIL 3D, and Google Earth software for the creation and modification of design drawings.
Stay updated on software capabilities and leverage them for efficient design processes.

Positive Office Environment:Maintain a positive attitude in the office environment, fostering a collaborative and supportive workplace culture.Work effectively with team members and contribute to a constructive and motivated team atmosphere.
Timely Deliverables:Manage work efficiently to deliver drawings within specified timelines, meeting project deadlines.

Quality Assurance:Ensure the accuracy and quality of drawings through thorough reviews and quality control measures.

* Preparing sheets by combining the standard information based on site investigation for site assessment,10% design submittal, and 30% design submittal

*Preparing sheet environment for site investigation using goggle earth image/google map street View.

*Preparing dock schedules and site photo sheets by using preassessment data.

*QA/QC of the work done by team members for final submission.

*Work on AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroStation software's.

*Manage production of drawing set from creation, markup, and modification based on the overall design.

*Good attitude in the office environment and positive thinking.

*Understanding and visualizing overall concepts and translating concepts to design drawings.

* Responsible for preparing Master plan drawings for the project and coordinating with the line manager.

*Preparing for detail and updating as per client comments within timeline.

* Preparing roads related drawings like Road network plans, Profile Drawings, Road Typical Cross-Sections,Plan & profile Drawings, Road signage's and marking Drawings, And various Typical and Miscellaneous Drawings related to Roads And Drains

*Preparation of drawings as per engineer inputs. Preparation of drawings as per client Requirements.

*Work on AutoCAD, CIVIL 3D, and Google Earth software
