

Mr. Karamjeet Singh Sodhi is an accomplished English Language Educator, Academic Coordinator, and Master Trainer with over 20 years of service with the Government of Delhi. He has taught learners across K–12 and, for the past nine years, has served as a Mentor, Academic Coordinator, and Content Developer for large-scale teacher capacity-building initiatives.
He holds an M.A., M.Ed., is TESOL-certified, and is a Training of Trainers (ToT) Master Trainer, including serving as a Master Trainer for NEP Nodal Teachers of Delhi. He regularly leads English language programs and classroom management workshops.
His work has received international recognition, including mention in Six Exemplary Principles (TESOL), and features in SCERT Delhi manuals and government school textbooks. Creator of Responsicles, the Socratic Hexagon, and the HEART Framework, he has facilitated workshops and presented at international TESOL platforms in Chicago, Portland, and California. His board game Reactivate won the SBERA Award for Most Innovative TLM (2022) and was selected for presentation at Portland, USA (2023).
