• Agency Management - Managed a monthly retainer (SEO, GA, Website, App) of 15 Lakh and avg performance marketing spends of 40L. Agencies like LogicServe, PepperContent, Schbang, F1.
• Building Reporting Analytics - Setup Marketing Analytics for all different channels. Developed GA reports, Looker studio dashboards, executive dashboards for performance management.

• Growth Marketing - Managed growth for Google Pay's credit products. Eg. Credit Card, Personal & Business loans. BNPL, CIBIL, Credit line. Worked closely with NBFC's like Indifi, DMI, Axis.
• Campaign management - Managing end to end campaigns for acquisition & drop offs, starting with calendarization, strategy, execution, post analysis. Used similar tools like CleverTap, Moengage.
• Cross functional collab - Worked closely with Product, Eng, BD, UI/UX to scale loan books to 150cr+ for personal loan and 220cr+ for business loans, by generating 120k+ for business loans.
• In-App Marketing - Other marketing efforts were driving 60% of the top funnel of the entire credit product mix. While nurturing nudges and acquisition campaigns attributed 45% of final conversion.
• Other project - projects like Partnership marketing, worked on projects like Fastag, CIBIL, Food ordering with large partners like Uber, Zomato, PetPooja, IDFC, Axis, Reliance, Croma, PineLabs.

Strategized and executed an entire new marketing identity for VisionSpring in India, Bangladesh and Africa. Developed brand playbook, built and mobilized new collaterals.

Founded Coconutanna.com, an e-commerce platform doing doorstep delivery of fresh coconut water. Grossed a 0.5Mn revenue m.o.m while managing a team of 10 and serving 300+ households.

Worked on enhancing Samsung's retail presence in India. Helped rollout thousand of Samsung stores across categories and across retail formats like MR,RR, OT, GT, Brand shops.
