• Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with AU Bank’s zonal heads, branch managers, and front-line staff.
2. Business Development.
Drive insurance product sales (health) through AU Bank branches.
Achieve business targets including premium collection, policy issuance, and customer retention.
• Identify high-potential branches and support their business growth through tailored strategies.
3. Branch Activation & Sales Support
• Ensure active participation of bank branches in insurance sales through regular interaction, motivation, and support
• Identify and onboard branch-level champions to drive insurance penetration.
4. Training & Product Awareness
• Conduct regular training programs and refresher courses for AU Bank staff on insurance products, sales processes, and compliance norms.
• Equip bank employees with effective sales tools and customer handling techniques.
5. Operational Coordination
• Ensure smooth policy issuance, documentation, endorsements, and claim handling.
• Act as a coordination point between AU Bank branches and internal departments (underwriting, claims, operations).
6. Reporting & MIS
• Maintain and share branch-wise performance reports, daily activity trackers, and weekly dashboards.
7. Compliance & Risk Management
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and company compliance standards.
