Prepare and control project cost baseline, CTC and monthly budgets, with continuous variance and trend analysis.

• Manage project costing, cash flow forecasting and financial performance monitoring to support management decisions.
• Lead end-to-end construction planning and master scheduling for metro station projects, ensuring alignment with contract milestones and execution strategy.
• Lead EOT claims and detailed delay analysis, including impacted activities, entitlement assessment and substantiation.
• Drive client coordination for planning, progress reviews, programme approvals and recovery strategies.
• Vendor and subcontractor finalization, including techno-commercial evaluation and negotiations.
• Coordinate in technically driven procurement of critical materials and systems in line with construction methodology and schedule.
• Provide planning and commercial support to the Management for timely delivery and risk mitigation.

1. Construction of Rajivnagar and Shreyas Metro Stations at Ahmedabad Metro Project of Gujarat Metro Rail Corporation (GMRC) Ltd. – Ph-I

• Developing Construction Masterplan for completion of project
• Monitoring monthly budget and financial slippage variance.
• Assisting Project Head in achieving the critical activities, preparation of Monthly Cash Flow and CTC
• Forecasting the material/vendor planning based upon the Design approval and schedule
• Developing planned v/s Achieved Reports, EVM Report and MIS Report.
• Co-ordination for shop design development, design delivery, design approval and GFC submission
• Forecasting the performance bottleneck and preparing action plan for effective productivity.
• Estimate delay linked with changes and claim for extra items and prepare extension of time analysis.
• Preparation & Submission of Client Bills.
• Preparing the reconciliation statement of work with respect to work done v/s claim.
• Preparation of Project close out report and submitting the same to the clients for its approval
• Reviewing overall project status with the Project Control team and Project Management

• Preparing of Initial Work Program & Detailed Work Programme [DWP]
• Preparing 3 Month Rolling Plan for Execution
• Generate Gantt Chart, S-Curve, Action Plan, Catch-Up Plan, Critical Path analysis
• Assisting in EOT Claims and Delay Analysis
• Monitoring Critical Activities
• Preparing Planned v/s Achieved Reports & Monitoring Day-To-Day Activities
• Preparing/reviewing all MIS reports
• S-Curve Analysis
• Co-Ordination with Client Regarding Project Planning.
