I was working in radius for process Proctor U as Sr. Associate. Proctor U is US based company they conduct Online exam for US university. My working wa to review them and process the possible break and suspicious activity to there respective university and later on company promoted as Quality Analyst not on paper as for WFM so once the office get resumed then we were ask to put on paper as Quality Analyst.Later in Jan 2022 was promoted as Team Leader was handling 25 member and was helping and motivating them to work and getting better opportunity.
