· Led the valuation for the sale of stake in a listed Indian Bank to a foreign investor, the largest the largest cross-border investment in the Indian banking sector to date.

· Led the valuation for the merger of HDFC Limited into HDFC Bank - Merger of the fourth-biggest banking transaction in the world involving merger of India’s Largest Housing Finance Company into India’s Largest Private Sector Bank.

· Led various valuation engagements for sale of investments by India’s largest stock exchange

· Led the valuation for various acquisitions, group restructurings and divestment of brands / business by a large listed MNC Pharma Company in India (MCAP - ~ USD 3,400 Million).

· Review of valuations of various audit clients for their fair value reporting, annual impairment tests, business combinations across industries i.e. Telecom Infra Assets (Tower and Fiber), Private Equity / Venture Capital Funds, Retail, IT, Power, Pharma, Ports, etc.

· Financial reporting valuations: for private equity funds of their portfolio companies as per International Private Equity and Venture Capital Valuation Guidelines and Indian Accounting Standards

· Valuation for acquisition of minority stake by an existing shareholder for -

i) A reputed German Auto Group proposing to acquire minority shareholders in an Auto Fintech company,

ii) India’s Largest NBFC proposing to acquire the stake held by promoters in a company operating in the business of providing Education Loans.

iii) Valuation of a large media company in India for the purpose of buy back of shares of minority shareholders

· Valuation for a fund raise by an early stage company engaged in the manufacturing of biosimilars (~ USD 50 Million).

· Played a key role in the valuation for a group restructuring of a large Indian conglomerate, with businesses across industries through listed and private companies.

· Carried out multiple valuations for intangible assets and purchase price allocations for companies across industries such as Pharma, Manufacturing, Packaging, Logistics, etc.
