• Preparation of individual and consolidated financial statements for various entities.

FPNA

• Assisting in preparation of annual budget and responsible for analyzing, investigating and explaining key cost variances.(Actual v/s budget & Actual v/s forecast).
• Preparation of monthly reports such as Flash report, Reporting packs for management review and analysis.
• Responsible for maintaining 3rd party vendors' file and co ordinating with various Functional Heads to obtain 3rd part budget numbers and actual spend.
• Analyzing 3rd party cashflows.
• Preparation of short term cash flows on weekly basis.
• Analyzing and preparing data for addressing queries and data submission to auditors.

• Facilitating benefit payments and payment of manager fees.
• Preparation of Net Asset statement, Profit & Loss account and Trustee Annual reports for DB and DC Pension schemes.
• Preparation of VAT return
• Preparation of National Statistics Returns and assisting in EIOPA reporting.
• Handling the annual audit and communicating directly with stakeholders.

• Ensuring delivery of daily and month end P&L & NAV in accurately and timely manner.
• Preparation of NAV Pack & Investor Allocation.
• Preparation of financial statements.
• Ensuring completion of audit as per agreed timeline. Handling audit queries in timely manner.
• Reconciliation of data received form prime brokers with that received from client and trading advisors.

• Handling and attending hearings before the Income Tax Officers on behalf of clients in case of Scrutiny Assessments.
• Filing VAT Returns and conducting VAT audits.
• Preparation and finalization of financial statements of Companies.
• Accounting and audit of Co-operative Housing Society. Statutory and Internal audits of manufacturing companies and Trust.
