In this role, I was responsible for developing and executing Intelehealth's People & Culture strategy. I provided overall leadership and guidance to the People & Culture function by overseeing talent acquisition, induction, training, performance management, retention, leadership development and organizational culture.

Responsibilities Undertaken:

  • Oversaw all HR and administrative activities to build and manage a multidisciplinary team thriving in an inclusive, open and remote work culture
  • Built and designed from scratch all components of the HR function at Intelehealth including policies and SOPs for talent acquisition, induction, training, disciplinary action, performance management, retention, leadership development and organizational culture. Monitored key HR and recruitment metrics to keep improving the same.
  • Was directly involved in growing of Intelehealth's team from a staff size of 4 to over 70 and in the recruitment and onboarding of these team members including leadership and core team members
  • Created and executed Intelehealth's first volunteer program and raised over USD100,000 through the same: worked with 5 corporate partners for a period of 9 months and received over 5300 person hours of time equivalent to over USD 100,000
  • Partnered with the management to articulate the cultural DNA of the organization as well as develop and execute plans for promotion of this organizational culture. Lead efforts of the HR team in creating a culture reflective of Intelehealth’s values in day-to-day behavior of team members
  • Partnered with the CEO and departmental heads to create annual and quarterly recruitment plans and execute the entire recruitment cycle to identify top talent by building relationships with multiple recruitment channels for quick & smooth execution of recruitment.
  • Partnered with departmental heads of programs, tech and finance departments to address day-to-day HR operations, keep a track of the staff pulse, operational issues and crisis management
  • Executed performance management processes by organizing and conducting periodic check-ins, reviews and appraisals
  • Lead efforts of the HR team in creating an exciting, cohesive and fulfilling employee experience from onboarding day to exit day
  • Designed and managed Intelehealth’s health and well-being initiatives for team members

  • Coordinated and implemented the project in 20 municipal schools of Thane, Navi Mumbai and Pune
  • Ensured implementation of all the activities and achievement of the project objectives as required by Capgemini
