• Conduct regular audits for compliance and maintain the Breach and Complaints register.
• Update brokers regarding lender policy changes and new products.

Loan Processing:

• Thoroughly check and lodge every loan file with the lender as a Senior Mortgage Loan Processor.
• Ensure application accuracy and data integrity.
• Manage the loan process from submission through to settlement.
• Guide and assist brokers with their files throughout the loan process.
• Liaise with lenders, clients, and solicitors.
• Attend lender workshops, seminars, and webinars.

Document Verification and Quality Assurance:

• Expertly order valuations through Property Hub (CoreLogic) and direct lender websites.
• Skillfully negotiate to secure rate approvals from Business Development Managers (BDMs) at the best price for customers.
• Periodic Client Review Recommendations.
• Income Inquiries and Verification.
• Developing exit strategies.
• Best Interest Duty Comparing and Recommending Products.

Recoveries:

• Manage the collection of overdue debts from clients and customers.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and address billing disputes.
• Keep detailed records of collection activities and ensure adherence to regulations.

Sales:

• Market and sell credit card products to prospective customers.
• Describe the benefits and features of the cards.
• Help customers through the application process.
