- Client Relationship Management – Working on-site as the client(NIUA) team in the program, managing centre-state interfacing, ideating program design, assessing landscape and budgeting, conducting training, and then staffing a team to take over these functions. The program was institutionalised with a funding of 96 crore for the 1st year, and every state/UT of the country has signed up to be a part of it.
- Project Management - In collaboration with partners like MoHUA, NIUA, NIC(Central + specific states),TCPO, State govt(s) lead the 1st program implementation in the North Eastern States of Online Building Permit Systems, with a budget of 5 crores for 10 states+UTs under the NUS program.
- A new state was added (Jammu and Kashmir) mid-way by the GOI thus extending the scope of the project with additional funding (doubling the initial outlay).
- Engagement with the Senior Leadership and driving GTM engagements for state-specific, national, & international governments through demand sensing, data analysis along with analysis of existing policies. This helped to identify the key states for Impel and the number of citizens being impacted.
- Representing the organisation, in meetings with key external stakeholders and explaining key product offerings and architecture, solutions, to influence the way ahead for creating Partnership Strategies and business development.
- The Jal Jeevan Ministry signed an MOU for using existing product(s) and started the Naljal Seva impacting more than 5 lakh citizens and the AMRUT- MITRA being adopted by MoHUA following a DBT model.
- Guiding and Mentoring – As the DPI model has taken prominence, built a framework to determine the readiness for their deployment globally.
