The project involves developing process workflows for loan-related activities such as reversals, extensions, expiry updates, amount modifications, past-due settlements, re-issuance, and loan closures. It also includes functionality for creating or updating customer records within the invoice discounting system and verifying customer documentation for approval.

Reponsibilities:

  • Continuously monitor UiPath Orchestrator for robot connectivity, job status, trigger execution, and queue performance across all environments.
  • Perform initial troubleshooting and re-run or re-deploy bots when needed.
  • Log, track, and resolve incidents and service requests via ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs and escalate unresolved or critical issues to L3/development teams.
