Title: Siebel Retirement - Partner Ready Portal

Client: Hewlett Packard Enterprise

PRP application was integrated with Siebel CRM application which was the system of records (SOR) for partner users As part of this project, Siebel was decommissioned and the SOR was changed to a different system which had an enhanced data model

Responsibilities:

• Identified root causes of defects found during software testing cycles.
• Ensured that all software changes were tested properly before being released into production environment.
• Worked closely with developers in resolving complex issues related to software functionality.
• Created detailed reports on the progress of each project phase including bug tracking and resolution status.
• Provided technical guidance to junior testers by reviewing their work and providing feedback as necessary.
• Monitored application performance in order to identify potential issues or bottlenecks that could affect user experience.
• Collaborated with other teams such as product management, engineering and customer support in order to provide timely solutions for reported problems.
• Assisted in developing training materials for new testers onboarding process.
• Participated in design reviews with developers to ensure quality standards are met throughout development lifecycle.

It is a version upgrade project of Partner Ready Portal and integrates with multiple internal HPE tools to existing applications without interrupting the Partner experience

Partner Ready Portal is a single online gateway to access information and tools to an HPE partner. Delivers easier-to-find, personalized sales tools, and resources to provide a faster and more collaborative sales engagement, training, demand generation, and business management experience.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzed system requirements and developed use cases to drive software testing activities.
• Performed functional, regression, compatibility, stress and performance tests on multiple platforms.
• Identified, logged and tracked defects using bug tracking tool (ALM).
• Created test reports to document the results of all tests performed.
• Conducted usability testing sessions with end users to identify issues in existing systems.
• Collaborated with developers to investigate product issues and suggest solutions.

Title: NGQ (Next Generation Quoter)

NGQ is the Next Generation Quoter It is used to create the Quotes for the customers based on the customer needs. It is the stepping stone to consolidate the number of quoting tools in the CPQ landscape and provides an easy-to-use interface for self-service quoting.

Responsibilities:

• Developed and executed test cases to ensure software functionality, reliability, and performance.
• Worked with developers to identify, document, and track defects in the system.
• Reviewed business requirements documents to understand the scope of projects and create comprehensive test plans.
• Conducted manual tests on multiple platforms including web-based applications, mobile devices and desktop computers.
• Collaborated with project team members to develop effective strategies and test plans.
• Performed functional, integration, system and user acceptance testing processes.

Title: OD Dry Dock
Client: Ocean Dynamic
OD Dry Dock deals with the dry dock maintenance of different ranges of waters ranging from supply vessels, tugs, Cruise liners, dredgers, tankers, and bulk carriers. It supports the workflow of the vessel inward till it gets into the sea covering the whole process of dry docking.

• Study and Analysis of requirement specifications BRD, FSD and TSD
• Authoring, Reviewing, and Execution of Manual Test cases
• Doing peer reviews and updating the logs
• Involved in preparing Business Scenarios and Test Scripts.
• Involved in Reviewing Business Scenarios and Test Scripts.
• Preparing Test data for different scenarios.
• Developed new scripts and modified Existing scripts as per the change requests for each release.
• Executed Regression Test suites for multiple cycles for each Release.
• Involved in the Defect reporting and Tracking by using HP-QC.
• Preparation of Status reports, Help documents, Traceability matrix, and Defect reports.
