Started At atrium as first technical employee when there was almost zero monthly revenue and established

- Bangalore office which scaled to 40+ team members currently

- Scaled up system from zero revenue to 5 Million USD revenue

• Created, managed and executed and implemented business plan and communicated company vision and objectives to motivate teams. Successfully created product that is used by 1200+ preschools and 1.5 Lac parents across India.
• Built Strong team of 12 people and delivered quality product with customer rating of 4.5 Star

I played a crucial role in shaping the vision of the Mobile COE (Center of Excellence) for Honeywell Building Technologies. As part of this effort, I led the exploration, adoption, and successful implementation of React Native for key products within Honeywell Security. This included an impressive achievement of developing and delivering the flagship Intelligent Command app from scratch in a record-breaking timeframe of 7 months.

My responsibilities encompassed various aspects, including technology selection, architectural design, ensuring robust cybersecurity measures, and effectively managing the team involved in the development of the Intelligent Command app. By overseeing these critical areas, we were able to create a high-quality and impactful mobile application for Honeywell Security.

• Coordinated delivery of contracted solutions at program level and in full accordance with outlined cost, scheduling and quality terms.
• Trained, coached and mentored Team to support smooth adoption of new Technologies.
• Managed 30+ team members across Multiple Technologies, resulting in approximate 2Mn$ in annual revenue.

• Led team of engineers in providing design and engineering solutions to Honeywell Security Group
• Closely collaborated with project members to identify and quickly address problems.
• Led a Team of 7 Engineers and developed mobile apps for honeywell security panels working with hardware and cloud teams.

• Explored technology and developed technical solution for Video Streaming Server to stream video from Security cameras to mobile devices
• Accepted new responsibility of mobile application development for multiple mobile operating systems for our NVR.
• Evaluated and adopted new technologies to address changing industry needs. Developed multiple PPVs(Pre Product Visualizations) in the areas of Cloud and AR.
