• Continuous monitoring of the health of the equipment by examining and recording it’s operating parameters after the repairs.
• Prepare and analyzing the Total plant cost and Equipment monthly performance report and Fuel consumption report in Monthly basis.
• Erection & commission the, Batching plants, Tower crane, Passenger and Material Hoist as per The schedule.
• Maintaining and check the Daily log books.
• Check physical verification of Assets in Quarterly basis.
• Repairs planning and execution as per priority.
• Prepare the Repair cost estimate for the equipment’s.
• Check on availability of maintenance spares and consumables at stores so that minimum stock level is always maintained to avoid downtime.
• Ensure safety, security and general upkeep of equipments.
