• Led the implementation of National Pest Surveillance, which uses AI and ML models to detect crop issues and offers timely information to farmers, which has benefitted 80,000 farmers in Punjab
• Provided technical assistance to the Uttar Pradesh Diversified Agriculture Support Project (DASP), which utilizes advanced Remote Sensing with AI/ML techniques on satellite images to accurately estimate acreage and yield at the Gram Panchayat level for 20 major crops across three crop seasons in all 75 districts.
• As Health Secretary of State of Punjab, with a population of 31 million, managed a team of 25,000 healthcare and public health professionals and a health budget of US$ 700 million.
• Conceived and implemented the state-wide Integrated Campaign on STI, HIV, TB, and Hepatitis in prisons and closed settings
• Conceived and drafted the Punjab 2.0 model for drug de-addiction and rehabilitation centers
• Conceived and drafted comprehensive Punjab Procurement Policy for drugs and equipment for State Government
• Conceived, drafted, and implemented the Good Samaritan Scheme (Farishtey Scheme) to provide immediate and comprehensive treatment to victims of road traffic accidents without any financial cap
• Conceived and drafted the different categories of beneficiaries covered under the Prime Minister Health Insurance scheme, the flagship state health insurance scheme, and also developed a fraud analytics solution to combat fraud with effective claim segmentation and accurately analyzing signs of fraud before a claim is paid

• Conceived and drafted the policy for the empanelment of diagnostic centers for providing X-ray and Ultrasound facilities at CGHS rates to patients referred by Government Hospitals located in the State of Punjab

• As one of the principal advisers to the Chief Minister of Punjab, led a team of 1000 employees and a budget of US$ 150 million for implementation of AI applications for health, education, and agriculture and skill building to improve the employment opportunities in the state of Punjab and promoting technology for social good
• Conceived and implemented the creation of Punjab's first center of excellence for AI at the Software Technology Parks of India, Mohali, to offer services related to data analytics, audio-visual graphics, and the Internet of Things.

• As Secretary for Chandigarh Administration, with a population of 1.25 million, managed a team of 600 veterinary and 3000 healthcare professionals and a health budget of US$200 million.
• Conceived and implemented a web-based application to streamline all the administrative and service-oriented processes of the Department of Animal Husbandry and Fisheries.
• Conceived and implemented the infrastructural up-gradation and expansion of Government Medical College, Chandigarh ( increasing the intake from 50 to 100 students per year)
